  • Know when service contracts are going to expire to plan for renewal
  • Understand repair trends and spot where they are occurring, to determine how to address (training, replacement, etc.)
  • Can ensure the maintenance of an adequate quantity of devices in the spare pool to eliminate disruptions in operations
