No. IntelliTrack is flexible to accommodate your existing barcodes and naming conventions as long as property and storage location IDs are unique.
Your teams can use devices running iOS 13 or later and Android 8.1 or later that have a camera and network connectivity.

Upon purchase of the Patient Belongings Tracking solution, Barcoding will coordinate with you on the installation in your environment and initial configuration.
Yes. Barcoding will provide administrative, train-the-trainer, and/or end-user training according to your preference, up to a total of four (4) hours. If your teams need more than four hours of training, it’s easy to contract additional training services.
Remote support for the IntelliTrack Patient Belongings Tracking application is included as part of your annual subscription. Support requests can be made by email anytime, or by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. You’ll receive contact details in your “Getting Started” package.
At this time, IntelliTrack doesn’t offer integrations with healthcare information systems or EMR software solutions.
Yes. IntelliTrack makes it easy to collect and/or return patient property at any time during a stay. A patient may have multiple property tags or bags associated with their barcode wristband.
No. IntelliTrack supports the tracking of property at multiple storage locations. For example, a patient may have valuables stored in a safe and other personal effects deposited in a storage room.
