- Automated mobile-device traceability. VeriMy™ automatically tracks user assignments upon login and checks a device back in upon cradling. Within the IntelliTrack platform, admins can see the full traceability of devices as they move between shifts of users.
- Azure Active Directory (AD) integration—VeriMy users do not need a new username or password. We leverage the existing AD login for single sign-on.
- Streamlined approach—With VeriMy, there is no additional application to open because the check-out process is the login process. There is no need for a manager or other user to complete device check-outs. There is also an automatic timeout if the device is set down for built-in security.
How It Works?
Once IntelliTrack VeriMy™ is loaded onto your Zebra or Honeywell mobile device, we can begin verifying users.
- The user logins by scanning their badge or adding their universal AD credentials.
- The login process automatically checks out the device to that user and begins collecting additional data for that particular device like drops, battery life, steps, and more.
- Once a shift is complete, the user cradles the device, and VeriMy automatically checks the device back in.
- Managers and admins can track the full chain of custody per device within the IntelliTrack platform.
- Managers and admins can also send a ping to a lost device by using the VeriMy locate features.
